Jon Dee’s been in the art cave lately. Surgery didn’t go easy. Recovery’s been harder. And now he’s facing a long stretch on at-home IV antibiotics for a life threatening surguical infection—essential treatment that insurance has decided not to cover. And he is now facing having to enduring a fourth spinal surgery in the coming weeks, which makes three spinal surguries in the past 3 months.

So we’re opening the art cave.

This is a digital show of unreleased and unsold artwork. Not charity. This is fine art, these are pieces full of heart, scraped out of the dark with grit and grace—paintings made over years, through pain, joy, and everything in between.
